What skills and experience we're looking for
We have exciting opportunities for a hardworking and energetic Secondary 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our highly successful team of mutually supportive colleagues whose shared purpose is to inspire and challenge all pupils at Atlantic Academy and want to make a difference.
Here at Atlantic Academy Portland, we are seeking to appoint highly skilled, professional and team orientated persons. We need 1:1 Teaching Assistants that understand and can meet the needs of all children.
You will be part of a successful, supportive, well resourced and fully qualified team. We encourage best practice through a variety of CPD opportunities. We are looking to appoint a candidate that puts children first, mitigates barriers to learning, has a can-do approach and will help an individual and individuals make academic progress.
