1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT TO SUPPORT CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
Fixed term contract: 2 terms, with a possibility of extending depending on funding. Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8.30-3.30) 31.25 hours per week; however part-time would be considered. MKC Grade B £24,790 FTE (38 weeks per year). REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
We are looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant to support children with special educational needs. They will be flexible, enthusiastic and positive, as well as being conscientious and a good communicator. Experience of one-to-one working with children with SEND is desired as the role will involve supporting children with high needs as well as small groups of children as directed. Applicants must have experience of working in the primary sector and will require the minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths.
