We are looking for a 1 to 1 learning assistant to join our team here at Mablethorpe Primary Academy!

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a enthusiastic and caring Learning Assistant to work in lower KS2 on a fixed term basis for one year.

The appointed Learning Assistant will be required to work with the pupils on a 1:1 basis or with small groups of children with special educational needs if required. You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the skills and confidence to challenge and motivate.

The role is Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks). Here at our Academy, we put the child at the centre of a caring, sharing and achieving school, where positive relationships are based on mutual trust and respect, and this is at the heart of everything we do.
