What skills and experience we're looking for


We need someone who has a caring nature and enjoys working with children. The successful candidate preferably needs to have some experience of supporting and managing young children and be approachable, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player.

Smitham is a popular primary school within an exceptional setting.
The school has been expanding from two to three forms of entry since 2019, currently with three classes in Years R-4. Due to popular demand we have opened a second Nursery class.
