An exciting opportunity has arisen for two talented individuals to join the Bradgate Education Partnership as Assistant Headteachers at Wreake Valley Academy, working on a full time, permanent basis. This is a highly rewarding role, offering the chance to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives and futures of our students. We are seeking two Assistant Headteachers who are ready to make bold, strategic decisions that will raise achievement, enrich the student experience, and inspire high aspirations across our community. A key aspect of the role will involve working closely with staff at all levels—supporting their development, strengthening practice, and empowering them to deliver consistently high quality teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will:
• Possess a Leadership qualification or working towards
• Have strong safeguarding and pastoral expertise
• Proven leadership on a whole school priority
• Have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, inspire and support colleagues
