Location: Remote (hybrid delivery model of home and some site based according to business requirements)                                      



SalaryRange:  NJCGradeH£36,298risingtoamaximumof£40,481perannum (pro-rataifpart-time).
Salary is pending the national NJC pay award for 2023.



Hours/ContractType: Parttime, 20 hours per week,Permanent;52.14weeksperyear

Our People Team is responsible for delivering a quality, responsive

working environment. As the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead, you will
report directly to the Director of People.The Diversity,
Inclusion and Belonging Lead is a critical member of the leadership team,
making a vital contribution both strategically and operationally to the

A strong background within EDI work and/ or system-wide working is
particularly useful in this role. A ‘hands-on’ mindset is also essential. We
are organisationally lean, and whilst you will be well-supported by a wider
leadership team you will be the sole EDI specialist in the Trust. You will have
the flexibility and support to collaborate and connect with EDI peers across the
Multi Academy Trust sector. A strong background in organisational development
and/ or system-wide working is particularly useful in this role.
