Actual Annual Salary: £26,718-£29,008
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, term time only (39 weeks)
Contract Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Summary
A caring and dynamic individual that will provide support for students struggling to engage with the education system and work to improve behaviour and engagement in school life.
About the role
- To manage and coordinate the day-to-day function and development of the school’s
assessment of the behaviour of students who require alternative, short-term
provision in addition to mainstream provision to engage in school life.
- The school has an additional provision for students who struggle to
engage in mainstream learning.
- To be responsible for the coordination of programmes of support for students working
through the Refocus Room. Working with and directly supporting students accessing it.
- To be responsible for delivering appropriate behaviour strategies set within the ethos of the
school which will contribute to improved behaviour and attendance in support of learning.
- To administer and supervise and coordinate work from relevant subject areas, including the
use of resources designed to support personalised learning and reflection.
