What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will;

  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have a passion for IT and customer service
  • Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware
  • Be able to deal with repairs and warranties
  • Have a valid driver’s licence and a car
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy, customer focused IT environment
  • BTEC National Diploma (Level 3) in an IT related subject and/or Microsoft Certifications, CompTIA certifications
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalentB

As part of this role, under the direction of the Head/Deputy Head of IT, you will;

  • Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices
  • Assist with network infrastructure (improvements and change control)
  • Resolve technical issues for students and staff
