What skills and experience we're looking for
What you will need to succeed;
- Be an excellent team player
- Have a passion for IT and customer service
- Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware
- Be able to deal with repairs and warranties
- Have a valid driver’s licence and a car
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy, customer focused IT environment
- BTEC National Diploma (Level 3) in an IT related subject and/or Microsoft Certifications, CompTIA certifications
- Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent

As part of this role under the direction of the Head/Deputy Head of IT, you will;
- Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices
- Assist with network infrastructure (improvements and change control)
- Resolve technical issues for students and staff
