Salary:£25,762 - £29,419 pro rata (Actual salary £24,621 - £28,116 per annum)

About the role:
We are looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist Learning Support Assistants (an intervener and a resourcer) who will play a vital role in providing tailored support to pupils who have special educational needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to reach their full potential. You will work alongside a friendly and high-performing team of professionals.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working 1:1 to support a deaf-blind young person in a classroom environment (Intervener).
- Experience in adapting a range of school resources including texts, diagrams and images for visually impaired learners (Resourcer).
- Relentless drive to do whatever it takes to ensure all pupils succeed.
- Adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness in delivering outcomes.
