About the role:

We are looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist Learning Support Assistants (an intervener and a resourcer) who will play a vital role in providing tailored support to pupils who have special educational needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to reach their full potential. You will work alongside a friendly and high-performing team of professionals.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working 1:1 to support a deaf-blind young person in a classroom environment (Intervener).
  • Experience in adapting a range of school resources including texts, diagrams and images for visually impaired learners (Resourcer).
  • Relentless drive to do whatever it takes to ensure all pupils succeed.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness in delivering outcomes.
