What skills and experience we're looking for
- has a passion for learning and an ability to inspire and bring out the best in our children
-has the knowledge and drive to teach the curriculum from Year 3 to year 6. The post will either be in Year 3/4 or Year 5/6 dependent on the candidate.
-has the ability to work effectively as part of our highly successful team
-has good interpersonal skills
-has high expectations of pupils
-has good organisational skills and the ability to be flexible
-demonstrates high levels of care, concern and understanding towards pupils.
-is willing to take responsibility for a curriculum area.
-has successfully completed teacher training and the qualifications required for this path.
-knowledge of safeguarding in schools.
