As part of this role, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team that brings a wealth of experience from different areas. Together, we deliver a wide range of subjects to help learners progress into a variety of career choices. Teaching here is dynamic and fast-paced, with strong systems in place to track progress and ensure every learner gets the support they need. You’ll have access to a Learning Coach, regular check-ins with your manager, and online resources to help you grow in your teaching practice. Your role will involve planning engaging lessons and assessments that meet curriculum requirements and inspire learners to become confident and independent.

About you

  • Experience teaching Health and Social Care or similar subjects at Levels 2 and 3
  • A relevant degree-level qualification
  • A teaching qualification such as a PGCE (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Commitment to completing Equality, Diversity, and Safeguarding training
