About this Role

You will coordinate high-quality learning support across the campus, including in-class and online provision where required. You will lead and support Learning Support Assistants, managing rotas, absence, appraisals and ongoing development. Working closely with curriculum teams, exams and SEND services, you will help ensure support meets the needs of all learners. You will oversee reviews, EHCP processes and the accurate sharing of support information in line with GDPR. You will also monitor support provision, budgets and quality to help students feel supported and succeed.

About You

Experience of managing resources to deliver high-quality learning support based on assessed needs

Experience of coordinating and supporting staff, including appraisals

Experience of delivering staff training and development in a range of formats

A relevant HND, degree or professional qualification, or equivalent experience
