What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a committed and skilled Academic Interventions Support Assistant to deliver targeted literacy and numeracy intervention sessions for pupils with SEND. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping learners close gaps, build confidence, and make strong academic progress.

You must have: GCSE Maths and English at Grade B/6 or above

Proven experience working with SEND pupils

A commitment to learning and delivering structured phonics and numeracy intervention programmes (full training provided). You will work with small groups and individual pupils, track progress closely, and contribute to high quality provision across the school. If you are enthusiastic, organised, and ready to make a measurable impact, we would love to hear from you.
