Academy Administrative Officer – Learner Attendance job summary

About This Role

As an Administrative Officer for Learner Attendance, you will:

Monitor and improve learner attendance and punctuality.

Liaise with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.

Produce and analyse attendance data to support SLT decision-making.

Provide administrative and reception support, including first aid (training provided).

Contribute positively to the ethos and Catholic mission of the Collegiate.

The ideal candidate will:

Be well-organised with excellent attention to detail.

Have strong IT skills (Arbor or similar MIS desirable).

Communicate effectively with learners, parents/carers and colleagues.

Demonstrate discretion, initiative and resilience.
