About the role

It is not just our teaching staff who help us create exceptional results. Our support staff are vital to ensuring that our pupils achieve their full potential and become confident, resilient and compassionate individuals who can make a positive contribution to society. We believe that you should be supported too, with all the opportunities you need to develop your career and achieve your goals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Executive Assistant who will play a critical role in the logistics and communication aspects of the school, directly supporting the Headteacher and senior leaders, as well as a public-facing role as part of the administration team.

This role will involve all aspects of communication, from social media, website and newsletters to quality control of letters home. Design skills and an eye for duty, as well as excellent computer skills are essential. This role involves coordinating the school’s diary and events, including the financial aspects.

Other parts of the role - in conjunction with the members of the office staff - include reception duties, front of house and triaging incoming e-mails. Duties will also include assistance with Admissions, Medical issues, School Logistics, Communication, Finance and other Administrative duties.

You will work in an administrative team of four headed by the Business Manager but will interface with the Head and many other staff members. Working closely with the administrative assistant, you will ensure a smooth running front of house. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage well with parents, staff and pupils. Your inclusion role will require you to liaise with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external. The ability to work hard and flexibly in a dynamic and lively environment are essential.
