Academy Improvement Lead job summary

Excalibur Academies Trust is seeking to appoint two Academy Improvement Lead roles (0.4FTE) to support and lead improvement across the Trust. These roles are an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader with a proven track record.

The roles require proactive, forward looking and enthusiastic qualified senior leaders who have strategic leadership experience at either Vice Principal or Principal level in either the Primary and/or Secondary phase. Applicants should have experience of successfully leading on school improvement across more than one school.

The roles are permanent, 0.4 FTE (the equivalent of two days a week) and flexible in negotiation. You will need to have the transport capacity to visit schools within the Trust, as required.
