We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academy Improvement Lead with a specific focus on quality of education to drive sustainable and measurable improvements across our academies. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with the expertise to enhance educational standards, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure outstanding outcomes for pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead on academy improvements, working closely with headteachers and senior leaders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust improvement plans.
- Introduce and embed the Trust’s quality standards across all aspects of academy operations.
- Ensure high expectations and accountability for pupil outcomes.
Teaching, Learning & Assessment
- Drive improvements in teaching quality, learning, and assessment.
- Support professional development and coaching of teaching staff.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with Trust and statutory expectations.
Raising Aspiration & Achievement
- Foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
- Use data analysis to inform strategies that raise pupil attainment.
- Promote an inclusive and aspirational ethos across the Trust.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work collaboratively with governors, staff, parents, and pupils.
- Develop effective partnerships with external organisations to support school improvement.
- Contribute to the wider work of the Trust and its communities.
Finance & Resource Management
- Ensure effective use of the academy’s budget to maximise pupil outcomes.
- Support financial oversight to maintain efficiency and accountability.
