Academy Improvement Leads.

These are exciting new roles for The Active Learning Trust central team. We are seeking to appoint experienced, dedicated academy improvement leads who have a real passion to make a positive difference for all of our students and who thrive on collaboration, innovation and exploring change. 

This is a great time to join Active Learning Trust as we expand our central Education Team.  Our new Chief Executive Officer joined the Trust on 1 January 2023 and has an exciting and positive change journey planned, as has our Deputy Chief Executive Officer who joined in April 2023 and has oversight of the education agenda.  Come and join the Trust in the early stages of this journey.  A journey that has a key focus on our students and the people employed within the Trust.

Thisisademandingandvariedroleandthesuccessfulcandidateshouldbecommittedtoimprovingthelivesofthe students at Active Learning Trust. You will be an advocate forthevisionand aims ofthe Trust; supporting  with the aim of providing opportunities for collaboration, supportand challenge to all ofour schools. You will demonstrate and play a key role in developing the school improvement strategy to ensure our students experience an excellent education aligned with the agreed Trust strategy as well as leading on the implementation of school improvement strategy in collaboration with other key colleagues.
