Mildenhall College Academy is looking to appoint an Academy Manager, responsible for the academy’s operational systems covering HR, Finance, Premises, and Administration. The role will require you to act as the academy’s Health and Safety Officer, to ensure that the Academy complies with Data Protection, Copyright and Freedom of Information legislation and to assist the Principal in the day to day effectiveness and running of the academy.

We are looking for a positive and committed individual who has exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing budgets, leading projects and/or people and maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and to motivate and inspire your team.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and be a competent user of all Microsoft Office applications.
