Academy Operations Manager

Salary: HC7 ………… (£32, 061 - £36, 363 FTE)

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year(Term-Time + 15 days)

Contract term: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join an already existing and committed operational team at Kingstone Academy Trust.

Within this role you will oversee key operational functions playing a central role in ensuring the smooth running of our school, including Trust compliance, Health and Safety, HR and contract leadership.

You will provide leadership to operational support and site staff and as a key member of the Academy’s central team you will lead high‑quality support services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure full compliance across the areas which fall within your remit.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and organised; you will ideally have experience of working in a school environment and in a front-facing role.
