Key responsibilities:


  • Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
  • Providing general clerical support
  • Maintaining stock and supplies,
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records

 

Pay range: SCP4-6 - (£10,988.82 - £11,359.82 - FTE: £23,114 - £23,893)

20 hours per week - 39 weeks per year.

 

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Good qualifications in both English and Maths
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity around information
  • Ability to use ICT and other specialist equipment and resources
