Access Arrangements Co-ordinator job summary
Judged as “outstanding” by Ofsted, the warm and welcoming community of Sir John Deane’s College is looking to appoint a proactive Access Arrangements Coordinator to support our Learning Support department.

The Post
The College seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised individual to coordinate student exam access arrangements for the College. Access Arrangements are the adjustments made to examinations to take into account a student’s special educational needs or disabilities. The successful individual will allow all students the equal opportunity to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and understanding for examinations and assessments, in line with awarding body and JCQ guidance.
The post is full time, 37 hours per week, term time only, currently 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.00 pm on Fridays. The post-holder must be able to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the department.
