We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate ACE Head Rugby Coach to join our very successful, oversubscribed rugby programme. The ACE programme provides 16-18 year olds with the opportunity to pursue their rugby ambitions alongside full-time education. Our VIth Form College has an excellent reputation for academic outcomes and the rugby programme complements the overall experience for the students. We are looking for a backs / attack specialism within rugby coaching.

The postholder will lead and develop an elite ACE Rugby programme, acting as a "talent development hot spot" that mirrors a professional environment to ensure students achieve their full potential and transition into senior academies, such as the Gallagher Premiership, or university places. This role requires the delivery of a comprehensive development and competition framework—comprising expert coaching, strength and conditioning, medical support, and structured educational interventions—to cultivate the next generation of elite performers. A core expectation of the role is the integration of the DiSE (Diploma in Sporting Excellence) qualification into the daily training environment, ensuring that academic progress and lifestyle management are as rigorous as the on-field demands; while training is provided, the candidate must be committed to supporting these educational outcomes to produce well-rounded, professional-ready athletes.
