Achievement Assistant The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is seeking to appoint an ‘Achievement assistant’ to work at Haybridge High School to ensure the students receive the level of support they require and make good progress. The post is permanent, term time only plus the school training days and with a variable hours contract between 24-36 hours per week. Salary Scale TA1 (point range 1-4) plus the special needs allowance (pro rata). We are unapologetically ambitious for every student, no matter what their background, prior attainment or needs and are looking for people who want to be the best. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
