Salary: Meridian Trust Support – Grade 6, Points 7-12(£17871 - £19357 Actual Salary)
Hours of work: 30 Hours a week, 39 Weeks Per Year (Term-Time + 1)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Achievement team administrator. To administratively support the work of the Achievement Team, maintain effective management of student records and data and the efficient management of daily processes, deputise, or assist in the smooth running and administration of the Achievement Support Department as required.
The Opportunity
Develop knowledge and understanding of, and the necessary skills in the use of SIMS, TEAMS and other appropriate IT programs, to support the Achievement Support Manager and to stand in if, and when, necessary.
Assist with the daily running of Achievement Support through the completion of administrative work, including (but not limited to) timetabling, rooming, coordinating tutors, arranging materials required and transport.
To assist the Achievement Support Manager in the facilitating of on and off site provision for students in Achievement Support (i.e bespoke timetables, one to one tuition, work experience placements) and the meeting/collecting of students on site.
Co-ordinate and organise meetings with outside professionals.
The ideal candidate
Good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language & Maths
Working in an administrative environment
Understanding of the education system
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to contribute to team meetings and contribute ideas
