We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Acting Faculty Lead for English who is committed to academic excellence and ensuring that every child succeeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop the English provision at Sir Frederick Gibberd College, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding education and an enriching learning experience.

As Faculty Lead, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, inspire students to develop a love for English, and drive excellent academic outcomes. You will play a key role in raising standards and fostering a culture of high expectations across the department.
