We're on the lookout for passionate Additional Support Workers to become integral members of our close-knit, supportive team. What will your impact look like? Well, a day in Additional Support could see you: 

  • identifying the individual needs of students, and working with teachers and other colleagues to put in place effective support strategies;
  • Being the ultimate advocate, ensuring every student has an equal playing field to dive into our enriching curriculum and the full spectrum of college life;
  • working alongside incredible young people, both inside and outside the classroom, navigating learning differences, disabilities, and complex medical needs with empathy and expertise.

Based within our supportive Additional Support department, you'll be empowered to contribute your unique skills and ideas as we continuously explore new and innovative ways to uplift our students. 


This position is fixed term for the academic year and is term-time only giving you the perfect balance between a fulfilling professional life and time to recharge. We have a full time (36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) position available.
