What skills and experience we're looking for

Contract: Fixed Term until 22 July 2025

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Hours: 20 hour per week, 08.00 to 12.00

Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £11,346 per annum

Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support foradmissions and attendance
  • Acting as a main point of contact for the team, handling calls, emails and written correspondence
  • Contacting parents/carers to follow up on pupil absences, supporting our Attendance Lead and Safeguarding Officer
  • Help to promote the importance of attendance
