About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and approachable Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across the academy
  • Act as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors
  • Manage communications, maintain accurate records, and support diary management
  • Assist with events, meetings, and general office duties
  • Deliver excellent customer service to families and colleagues
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Experience in administration or customer-facing roles (school experience desirable)
