What skills and experience we're looking for
You should have excellent attention to detail and knowledge of using administrative systems such as Google, Excel, Word. Ideally you will have experience working in a busy Receptionist role or an administration qualification. Knowledge of the Parent Pay system would be ideal but training on this can be provided. Staff CPD and well-being are important to the development of our school, and there will be encouragement and opportunities to grow.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Leighton Primary and Preschool has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Admin Assistant/Receptionist. The post holder will work alongside existing staff to support the busy administration team within the school.
You should have excellent attention to detail and knowledge of using administrative systems such as Google, Excel, Word. Ideally you will have experience working in a busy Receptionist role or an administration qualification. Knowledge of the Parent Pay system would be ideal but training on this can be provided. Staff CPD and well-being are important to the development of our school, and there will be encouragement and opportunities to grow.
You will be the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children and as the face of the school, should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. The role will include support for managers, in the school, by undertaking routine administrative, clerical and other duties.
