Vacancy for part-time Admin Assistant

Require a part-time Admin Assistant

Salary: Scale 3, points 5-6

Hours: 21 hours weekly (term time only)

We are looking for an efficient, cheerful and experienced office worker to assist us on a part-time basis. The role will involve working alongside the office manager in our busy school office, being responsible for general office work, dealing with visitors, parents and children, maintaining records for attendance etc. Preferred candidates will be able to work under pressure, have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Sims.net and 1st Aid training.
