Admin Assistant – SEN job summary

Part Time between 16 and 25 hours per week spread over 3 to 5 days

Term time only (39 weeks)

Initial Fixed Term until July 2026 (possibility of extension)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated Administration Assistant to provide secretarial, word processing and clerical support to the SENCO.

A firm but non-confrontational approach towards discipline is essential, as are excellent communication skills. Experience of working with young people is desirable, although full training will be provided. Applicants need to have a good general education and be educated to GCSE level C or equivalent in Maths and English. Graduates looking for future teaching careers will be considered.
