Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Term-time only + 2 weeks
Due to the continued growth
of The Wellington Academy, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic
and conscientious Admin Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate
will be working
closely with the SENCO and other members of the team by providing full and
comprehensive administrative support to the department.
You will be organising
courses specific to SEND, data inputting for
SEND children to create an operational Provision Map of need, and ensuring Teaching Assistants who deliver
interventions or work 1:1 with any named child have the correct information as
to the types of interventions required.
We are looking for
an individual who has highly developed
administrative and organisational skills, together with a willingness to be
flexible and adaptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
along with the ability to stay positive and meet deadlines even when working
under pressure, are essential.
