What skills and experience we're looking for

An opportunity has arisen to join our Newcastle team as an Admin Assistant, working alongside the Admin Officer. The successful candidate should have a proactive and flexible approach as the role is wide ranging.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Previous experience and /or qualification is desirable, however training opportunities will be available.

Candidates must be available for interview on Tuesday 16th April 2024

Essential criteria:

GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent)

Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment

Experience of working in a team

Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal confidently with managers and staff at all levels

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail

Ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and other IT system
