Admin Assistant with lunch duty job summary
Are you friendly, organised, and proactive and looking to work in a busy primary school where no two days are the same? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our hardworking office team in the New Year. This term time role also includes supporting lunchtime supervision to help ensure a safe, positive environment for our pupils.

The successful applicant will:
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be professional, approachable, calm under pressure and provide a friendly welcome to pupils, parents, staff and visitors
- Show initiative and work well as part of a team
- Have strong IT skills (experience with school systems is a bonus but not essential)
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy school office
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and confidentiality at all times
- Have a flexible and unflappable nature

The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 08.15-1.15pm (25 hours per week, working 08.15-11.30 in the school office and 11.30-1.15 supervising lunch times) term time only plus teacher training days.
