Salary: Grade 4 points 11-14 (£ - £25,979 - £27,334 (FTE)
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Ormiston Denes Academy is looking to recruit an Admin & Data Officer to provide an excellent, consistent administrative support service to students, staff and all visitors to the school. In addition, you will deal with general enquiries, provide note-taking support and arrange school trips and visits. The role also has a data focus and you will need to maintain and produce data from various software systems.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Is competent with using microsoft packages, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Has GCSE Maths and English (grade A-C) or equivalent.
  • Has experience of providing administrative support.
  • Has excellent communication skills.
