Admin Support Assistant

Part time (16 hours) – term time plus inset days

(Monday to Thursday, 12.30 – 4.30pm)

Point 5 – 9 (£9,346.05 - £10,717.04 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible person, with the ability to remain calm under pressure to join our well-established office team.

You will work closely with the Office Manager, to provide full support for a range of office functions as well as the administration and maintenance of our school management system, Arbor.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience of working in a reception/administration role, ideally in a school based setting

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • The ability to liaise effectively with both pupils, staff, families and outside agencies
