Ellesmere Park High School, part of Consilium Academies, is looking to appoint a friendly and efficient Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team. About the Role
As Administration Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and provide excellent customer service to staff, students, parents and visitors. Duties will include:
- Managing calls, emails and front desk enquiries
- Supporting school communications and administrative systems
- Assisting with events, trips and whole-school activities
- Providing reprographics and general office support
- Supporting systems such as ParentPay and student records
- Assisting with first aid and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills
- Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Works well as part of a team and independently
- Is professional, calm and approachable
Previous experience in administration is essential, and experience in a school setting would be an advantage.
