Challney High School for Girls is an outstanding, World Class and inclusive school with a vision to develop influential women of the future. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our school community.

We are looking to appoint a self starter to join our enthusiastic and collaborative Admin team. The right individual will be a highly motivated Administration Assistant with a meticulous eye for detail and exceptional written literacy. The successful applicant will be required to work both independently and collaboratively within a team of experienced staff who are dedicated to providing all students with the highest quality of education.

For one afternoon a week, the role will require the individual to manage the scheduling of supply staff. These hours will be paid at the grade appropriate to that role.

Applicants for these public-facing posts will need to demonstrate the ability to converse, and provide effective help or advice, fluently in spoken English.

We have an excellent CPD programme, which includes both bespoke sessions delivered by the school, as well as those held by Chiltern Learning Trust. Full training, support and induction will be provided. For further information into our school please refer to the applicant letter.
