Administration Assistant job summary

Knole Academy in Sevenoaks is looking for an enthusiastic professional with a genuine passion for education to join our team and make a difference.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (to include Careers Support)

38 weeks term time plus four weeks

8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and finishing at 4:00 pm Fridays

An organised and flexible person is required to work in our busy school administration office. This role involves supporting the administration for the academy as well as assisting with the administration for our Careers Guidance Leader providing information regarding careers, employment and training opportunities for students. The postholder will need to be a confident communicator (both verbal and written) as will be required to deal with day to day enquiries.

Salary will be paid according to experience AAT Grade C, £25,252 - £26,262

(equates to £23,598 - £24,542 per annum for term time working plus 4 weeks - to include 2 weeks in August)
