What skills and experience we're looking for

St. Ethelbert’s RCP is currently seeking an Administration Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust

The successful candidate will work alongside our Office Manager and will play a key role in the smooth running of the school office. They will be the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors and should reflect the warm, welcoming ethos of our Catholic community.

The Administration Assistant’s responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional, courteous front-of-house service
  • Supporting pupils, staff and parents with day-to-day queries
  • Inputting data, including monitoring of attendance and correspondence
  • Managing telephone, written and email communication
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records and school information
  • Supporting the Office Manager with finance and school systems, such as Arbor and Evolve
