Pupil Premium/Looked After Children Administration Assistant

Start Date: as soon as possible

Grade/Salary: Single Status Grade 4 Point 9 - £25,185 full time equivalent. Actual salary: £1,793 per annum

Contract: Part time, fixed term annualised hours contract for 12 months (120 hours per annum equating to 3 hours per week), term time only

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised administrator to support with the tasks involved with supporting our Pupil Premium and Looked After Children to receive the best possible opportunities and targeted interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, families, and external agencies, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the smooth delivery of support programmes. If you are proactive, detail-focused with a passion for helping every child thrive, we would like to hear from you.

Uplands Academy a mixed 11-16 non-selective converter academy with approximately 835 students. Uplands is situated in Wadhurst, a small, rural town in East Sussex with traditional, independent shops in a warm and friendly local community. Wadhurst is close to Royal Tunbridge Wells which is approximately seven miles north with its bustling shopping centre, iconic landmarks and thriving social scene and fascinating architecture. Alot of our staff commute to us from a variety of places such as the south coast including Hastings and Eastbourne together with other locations across Kent and Sussex.
