We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of Sandringham and West Newton Primary Academy. Working 20 hours per week, you will be a key part of the front‑office team, providing high‑quality administrative, clerical, and communication support to pupils, staff, parents, and external stakeholders. The role includes a wide variety of tasks, requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records, safeguarding processes, and effective day‑to‑day operations within the school.
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and reliable individual with strong communication skills, good ICT ability, and experience in an administrative role. You will be able to work methodically, prioritise tasks, use initiative, and handle confidential information with sensitivity. A good standard of education (including GCSE English and Maths) is essential, alongside the ability to follow safeguarding procedures. Experience in a school environment, as well as qualifications in administration, would be an advantage. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can embody the values of the Trust, work calmly under pressure, and contribute positively to our school community.
Working Hours
The successful candidate will work Monday- Friday 08:30-12:30
