ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - STAFFORD JUNIOR SCHOOL
15 hours per week (Monday to Friday 10.45am - 1.45pm)
Term Time only (incl INSET Days) plus 1 extra week in the school holidays
Single Status Grade 4 Points 9-10
Salary Range £25,185 - £25,583

We are seeking an excellent Administrative Assistant based at Stafford Junior School as part of the Cavendish Education Trust. This position includes a significant time supporting pupils with First Aid as well as working in the busy school office. If you are caring, nurturing, show attention to detail and combine efficiency and organisation together with a passion for supporting children and families, this could be the role for you! We are looking for excellent support and administration to meet the needs of our pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
Main duties for this role include
managing the school reception with telephone calls and supporting parents/carers
creating documents including letters to be sent to parents/carers using Trust systems
administering First Aid and supporting with administering medicines
supporting colleagues and providing a professional administrative service
