What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will;
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of working in a school
- Experience of Arbor (our school MIS)
- Experience of CPOMs
Essential Criteria
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Be highly organised, with excellent accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Strong ability to work flexibly, independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, time manage and work to deadlines
- Strong IT skills; confident in using MS word and Excel spreadsheets, Google suite and email
- Commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcome for all pupils
- Commitment to acting with integrity, honesty, loyalty and fairness to safeguard assets financial probity and reputation of the school
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Commitment to safeguarding and equality
- Have appositive, friendly approach towards staff, children, parents and the school community
