Administration Lead (Middle Leader) job summary
As Administration Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the school's finance, site and admin teams, ensuring smooth operations across key support services. Reporting to the Head of HR and Finance, you'll lead with integrity, foster collaboration, and uphold the school's values in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the site, finance and admin teams
* Oversee procurement, payroll, and financial processes
* Ensure compliance with regulations and school policies
* Manage recruitment administration and staff records
* Support site operations and ancillary services
* Maintain critical databases and contribute to strategic planning
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in administration or finance
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (e.g. IRIS)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in a school environment is desirable
