We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, diligent and organised Administrative Assistant based at Bungay High School. The successful candidate will be based in the Reprographics Department but during the mornings would be required to cover the main school office from 8.00-9.15am. Occasionally you may be required to cover the main office at other times as directed by the Office Manager.
Both roles are crucial within our school with the main office being the first port of call for students, parents and visitors and the Reprographics Department being used by staff and students on a regular basis.
Candidates must have excellent ICT skills allowing them to access emails, electronic resources and be competent using the Microsoft Office suite. Training will be given on SIMS, our student management database. Excellent time management and organisational skills are required for this role to ensure the prioritisation of office work as directed by the Office Manager and also Reprographics work are carried out efficiently. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent communication and time management skills. Work hours: 8.00-4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 8.00-3.30pm Friday.
