Contract/Hours: 31.25 hours a week - Monday to Friday (8.45am - 3.45pm with a 45 minute unpaid lunchbreak)
Term-time only - 39 weeks per year

Cottage Grove Primary School and Nursery are looking to appoint an administrative assistant to work 5 days a week, term time only, to start in September 2026.
You will be part of a friendly, hard-working team with well-established routines.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Is confident working with IT systems
- Can work calmly under pressure
- Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, children, parents/carers and external providers
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Desirable
First Aid Certificate (training can be provided)
Although previous experience would be helpful, a willingness to learn, being reliable and wanting to do the best for our children are the qualities we are most interested in.
