Administrative Assistant (International and Community Projects) job summary
Vacancy for an Administrative Assistant (Part time - until 31st July 2026)
Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 4, Point 3-5
Hours: 12 hour p/week - Until 31st July 2026
It is a very exciting time for North Cambridge Academy. We are growing in student numbers and expanding our team of support staff. We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised administrative assistant. This key role will support the smooth running of the school initiatives by providing efficient administrative support for international and community projects.
The opportunity:
- To use a range of administrative and organisational skills including scanning, filing, photocopying and e-mailing staff involved in international and community projects.
- Arrange, coordinate and communicate details for meetings and events.
- Outstanding professional development opportunities for all our staff.
The ideal candidate:
- A good educational background - GCSE qualifications or above.
- Experience of working in a school or office environment.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team.
- Ability to use IT systems including e-mail, world and excel
